Unlimited Monthly Package $149

Includes the following classes: Monday Full Body Workout, Wednesday Barre, Saturday Master class and Monthly Mindful Movement Recording. If you can not attend the Live class, the recording of the class will be automatically sent. Unlimited monthly membership will begin the day you take your first class and will finish the following month (e.g., June 22nd-July 21st).

The Unlimited package does not include Yoga Nidra Workshop.

FIT Package $120

A package of 10 Small Group Training classes. May be used for Live classes (Monday Full Body Workout, Wednesday Barre and Saturday Master class) and/or Recorded classes. (Can not be used for Yoga Nidra workshop) Participants will receive a summary of the classes they took when they finish the package.

Pay as you go ~ Live or Recorded class (Choose from Full Body Workout, Barre and Master class)

Drop-in $15 per participant/per class; $10 per additional participant/per class (participants must be in the same household and take class at the same time)

Can’t attend the live class? You now have the choice to receive the recorded class for you to do on your own time. If the class has already passed and the registration is closed you can still request that recording by emailing me at abrilistre@vidaiam.com Please place your request with at least 6 hours notice. The recording will be sent after receiving your Venmo Payment if you are on a “Pay as you go” plan.

This is how it works.

1. All Live classes and recordings are included on the Unlimited Package. Registration is still required in order to get the link for the recorded class.

2. Recorded classes will be individually deducted from your FIT Package as if you had taken a Live class. It is up to you to ensure you take the class prior to the link expiring.

3. If you register for class and don't show up a recording will automatically be sent to you and one class will be deducted from your FIT Package. In order to avoid a class being deducted from your FIT Package you must cancel your registration or email/text me no later than 7pm the night before the class.

4. The recording link will have a 6 day expiration time.

5. In order to avoid unauthorized participants from accessing the recordings, you will be asked to register after you click on the recording link. Zoom will then ask you for the passcode included on the email. The recording should open right away. Make sure you can open the recording as soon as you receive it, even if you are not planning to take the class at that time. If you have any issues opening it let me know right away.

6. Once the recordings have been sent, cancellations will not be accepted.

Kids class

Drop-in $8 per child/per class

Family Discount $15 per class for up to 3 children. All children must be in the same household at the time of the class.
