VIDA I AM offers live and recorded classes through Zoom.
How to Register for ALL Virtual classes and workshops:
Registration for all classes will open on Sunday. Register for the appropriate class from the schedule below. The email address you enter will be the one used to send your confirmation (Zoom link, meeting ID and Password). For all morning classes the registration confirmation email will be sent at 7pm the night before the class and at 5pm for afternoon classes and workshops. If you’ve registered after 7pm you will receive the registration confirmation the following morning by 8:30am. If you did not receive your confirmation please email abrilistre@vidaiam.com

Send payment fee to Venmo username: Abril-Istre Cash or check accepted only for current clients. For morning classes payment must be received at least 24 hours before the class in order to keep your spot and receive your confirmation.
NEW PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER FOR CLASS AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE CLASS STARTS. New participants will receive a separate email with the “Waiver/Release of Liability, Payment and Cancelation agreement”. Participants will not be able to join any class unless the signed waiver and payment are received by VIDA I AM by 7pm the night before the class starts. The waiver will apply and extend to future classes.
Registration for all classes closes one hour before the class start time. Due to the nature of virtual classes and as a courtesy to others, participants will not be able to enter the meeting after the class start time. Please enter the meeting at least 5 minutes before but no more than 10 minutes.
What you will need: Smart phone, tablet or computer to log into Zoom. Download the latest version of Zoom. Reliable internet connection. Additional information will be sent after registration and payment have been received. Recording of any kind is prohibited.

~ RECORDED CLASSES ~
Monthly Mindful Movement Recorded Class
~ Concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing ~
This is a 50 min recorded class that is released on the 5th day of each month. Participants will have access to this recording until the the 4th day of the following month. In this class you will learn to utilize the breath and proper movement and alignment to improve your posture, balance and coordination. It is a fusion of yoga and pilates utilizing the best of both practices to increase strength and flexibility, and promote mindful conscious movement.
What you will need: Yoga mat, pilates ball and yoga blocks.
Cost: $25 Payment and registration must be received in advance order to receive recording. Once the recording has been sent, cancellations will not be accepted.

Full body workout
~ Body, heart and mind ~
Full body workout is a comprehensive, balanced and well sequenced workout where you can strengthen your body as a whole while improving stamina, mobility and coordination. Cool down and stretch included.
Time: Mondays 9am (50 minutes)
What you will need: Yoga mat and one set of dumbbells (no more than 10 lbs). Tennis shoes. Bottle water and small towel.

No Barre, Barre class
~ Not for the faint of heart ~
Barre is a live and uplifting workout designed to shape your whole body. It is a hybrid combination of ballet, pilates and functional training that focuses typically on small-pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement.
Time: Wednesdays 9am (60 minutes)
What you will need: One set of light dumbbells, pilates ball, versa band, gliders, yoga mat and a chair. Bottle water and small towel.

Master Class
~ Master Your Movement to Master Your Body ~
The All-In-One full body workout.
Cardio, Muscle Conditioning, Yoga and Pilates followed by a proper cool down to stretch and lengthen the whole body. Emphasis is placed on proper form and technique as well as appropriate range of motion. Master Class training allows for personal attention and feedback from the instructor.
Time: Saturdays 9am (60 minutes)
What you will need: Yoga mat and one set of dumbbells (no more than 10 lbs). Tennis shoes recommended. Bottle water and a small towel.

Yoga Nidra Group Workshop
~ Transformational Meditation Practice ~
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice performed laying down while supporting the body with pillows and/or blankets to achieve maximum comfort. Includes a 15-minute Q&A Session. Yoga Nidra Fee: $25 per participant, $40 for 2 participants, $15 per additional participant Family Discount. (participants must be in the same household and take class at the same time)
