We are only one week away from starting a program designed to make you feel your best!

After our successful 2021 "30 Days to a Healthier You'', I am happy to announce we will be doing it again starting on Monday March 21st... the first day of Spring! This is a complete program designed to reset and bring your body and mind into balance. It will help you instill new habits that are conducive to a healthier and happier YOU!

The meal plan is based on Ayurvedic principles, well structured scheduled live and recorded workouts, weekly LIVE Yoga Nidra and recorded practice for daily meditation. This is a program designed to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.

We will kick start the program with a 2-hr Ayurveda workshop on Thursday March 17th at 7PM on Zoom. In this meeting you will receive all the necessary information to get ready for this self-mastering journey!
